Terms of Service
The approved Terms of Service for BuddyWith have not been published yet. This page sets out the structure the terms will take; no contractual commitment is made by the headings below, and the approved wording will replace them before the App Store release.
What BuddyWith is
BuddyWith is a personal relationship manager for iPhone. It stores the people, notes, dates and relationships you choose to record, on your own device and in your own private iCloud account.
Purchases through the App Store
BuddyWith Pro is sold through the App Store as a one-time lifetime purchase or a monthly subscription. Purchases, renewals, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple underApple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement, which applies to your use of the app alongside these terms.
Sections still to be supplied
The published terms will also cover acceptance of the terms, the licence granted to you, acceptable use, your responsibility for the information you record about other people, intellectual property, warranties and disclaimers, limitation of liability, termination, governing law, the legal entity providing BuddyWith and how changes to the terms are notified. That approved wording is not yet available, and nothing is stated here in its place.
